1. How secure is this site?
Our Enrollment Application and our Member Login, as well as the entire Members Menu section after the login, use 128 bit encryption on secure pages. This is the highest level of encryption available on the Internet, and it is extremely secure. To find out how to tell if your browser supports 128 bit encryption Click here .
2. What are the system requirements for this site?
We support Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher and Netscape 6.0 or higher. To join, your browser must support 128 bit encryption, and you will also need an e-mail address and Abobe Acrobat Reader. Any Biographical Profiles you order will be sent to you by e-mail as PDF files which require Abobe Acrobat Reader to display or print. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, this product can be download from the Adobe website for free. If you click on the Adobe icon below, it will take you to their download page. Once you have downloaded it, you must also install it.

You will be notified by e-mail when it is time to renew.
8. When I try to create a user name and password, I get "Invalid member info." What should I do.?
All of the fields must exactly match what is in your record. The most likely reason is that you have no e-mail or a different e-mail in our contact information file. We validate the e-mail you enter against our records. If this is the case, send us your e-mail address and we will add it to your record. Other possibilities are that you entered your name differently than it is in your record (i.e. Jim vs. James), or you entered the wrong member number, or you already have a user name and password.
9. How do I order Biographical Profiles?
There are two ways to order profiles. Both are done by logging in through Member Login. One way is to got to the members list on the members menu and click on Add to Shopping Cart for any profiles you wish to order. When you have finished selecting them, click on Checkout. This will take you to the main order page which will be filled in with all the profile numbers you ordered. You then submit this order. The other way is to got directly to the Order Biographical Profiles page, and enter the numbers of the profiles you want and submit the order. This is the best method if you already know the numbers of the profiles you wish to order. When you submit your order, the profiles will be e-mailed to you immediately.
